Snowman Surprise (Little Golden Book)

I can see why this may have some negative reviews, its very thin and just basic cardboard not a proper 'hardback'. But the story itself is cute and the illustrations are beautiful, its overally a good book, and I think it has a bit of a retro feel about ir.

These books are receiving mixed reviews, I purchased for my daughter and she was delighted, lovely illustrations, bright colours and a nice story. Best way to describe them is that they have a kind of retro feel about them, paper is a little rough perhaps recycled but I like them & she was happy too!

This item did come really quickly, the service we always have is really good. This item is very badly made, the pages stick out past both front and back covers and as soon as its opened it will form a crease along the front cover that i dont feel will lay flat again. I also dont like that you can see the cardboard on the edge of the cover pages. The whole thing looks very cheap. I do know it was only a couple of pounds but compared to all other books i've had this is by far the worst.

as i said in my other doc mcstuffin review ,my 4 year old daughter was delighted with this ,we read this both together cos it is a bit long but she loved reading what she could

Although the delivery was good and the book is acceptable the quality is poor with thin pages and the spine on the book doesn't open well. I'll be surprised if it lasts long with young children. Disappointing.

This book is not the quality I was imagining, it is a cardboard fronted cheap looking book. The pages are not even cut in straight lines, for a few quid I don't expect much but this would be overpriced in a pound shop.

Choose this book for my Grand-daughter for Christmasas it's a great stocking filler's one of her favourite charactersAnd it's is prefect for ChristmasGreat value for money, Choose 5 stars as I know my grand-daughter will love it.
