How to Build Treehouses, Huts, and Forts Paperback – 1 Nov. 2003

I cannot tell you how happy I am with this book. I am a total amateur, and this helped me design and erect a moderately sized treehouse for my daughter. She was delighted. It's great it gives you advice on timber lengths and thickness for stress bearing. also tells you key tools and materials you need, as well as the cutting lengths. Cannot recommend this book enough for a "have a go" amateur.

A few good build ideas, and fundamentals are explained well. Lots of nice drawings.Not much variety - could have included many more treehouse ideas. Several are not even tree houses but things like snow forts and igloos. North American in context, but most of it is still useful.

Secondhand book in good condition. Not exactly what I wanted but kept it anyway. Some nice ideas in it.

Brilliant book, bought for my son and grandson to enjoy together. They were really happy with the obvious expertise and clear explanations that went into writing this book. Highly recommended

For a big boy, who loves a project. will keep him thinking for a while till the summer.
