I kept seeing all over TikTok that these tablets would help with trying to conceive. They came fairly quickly and sure enough a few weeks later, I got a positive test after so many months of struggling.

However, after a consistent period of use, I must report that my experience with this particular Maca root supplement has been underwhelming. Despite following the recommended dosage and giving it adequate time to take effect, I did not perceive any noticeable changes in my energy levels, mood, or stamina. It's important to note that individual responses to supplements can vary, and what doesn't work for one person might work for another, but in my case, the effects were non-existent. Additionally, the physical experience of taking these supplements was less than pleasant. The tablets were on the larger side, making them quite a challenge to swallow.
