This laptop seemed to have a previous owner'' mouse, and keyboard did not work. Used a USB one done a system reinstall. Has taken 20hrs to do this? Then to discover that it will not receive essential updates for what they call online updates which were not in this notebook before I got it.The keyboard and mouse have stopped working again. This is a different model form the last one has and is no better will be buying elsewhere​'' and get one that works'' the last one cost me £28 return postage it will not happen a third time

Good product, quiet, fast enough, loaded with the basic Windows 10 stuff and great graphics. Audio a bit tinny, and memory not great but what do you expect? Was going to buy Lenovo Yoga but this works better for my needs and costs less.

Good laptop for a hard price to match. The price is competitive mainly due to the little hard disk that it has, although the possibility of expansion by SD card solves this problem with a low cost.The presentation of the device is good and includes a screen protector, charging cable with adapters for different countries, instruction manual, etc. Its weight is not high, even having a touch screen, something that increases it considerably. The material used on the outside is soft to the touch and does not mark the tracks. Its screen rotates 180 degrees and so it can be used to leave it supported similar to a Tablet.Its performance is good for an average user level. It is fast in office automation, web browsing and programs that do not need much resources, however it is not valid to play games of this century and other applications or more serious programs. The best thing about it is its screen, good image, brightness and a touch that works really well. Sobe internal memory as you can expand up to 120GB with a micro sd solves the problem with little investment. I do not perceive that it increases the temperature in excess after using it a couple of hours of use, although if we work more time with it and the temperature is a problem, a ventilation base can be used.The battery has a good duration and normal charging time are approximately four or five hours.The keyboard is fine, its keys are large and comfortable to use, although sometimes I touch the touchpad by accident and this causes me to skip the cursor, but I guess I have to get used to writing with my hands raised. The sound is good, to see a movie without ambient noise is fine, but if you want to listen to music do not expect great bass sound. The touch screen has functions similar to the Tablet, you can use several fingers at a time to expand and other options.Personally I was looking for something at a good price and versatile, that would be useful for a simple job, mainly writing and surfing the web, so I am quite satisfied. I can use it as a Tablet function and sometimes it solves many problems. I'm satisfied, I think I've been successful in this model. I hope you have been useful. Greetings

Good full hd screen, need a bigger drive as one will have headache when doing a win10 upgrade, MUST save a backup of the drivers if one wants to do a clean install. 32gb of internal storage is NOT enough.

not happy with it ,so returned for refund

I purchased this in March 2018 it worked for one week then it didn't work atall. I am still waiting for a reply

Brilliant laptop and I've had just over a month nowHowever, the last few weeks it's been booting up and the OYYU screen appears and it does nothing else and will sit on the loading screen for hours. Not downloaded anything and antivirus is on there. Not sure if this is a problem with the laptop, but other than that the laptop is 5 star.

Very disappointing. I knew that it was not able to update but the update came through- it could not be installed properly but takes up lots of room on my computer and now I have absolutely no disc space left to do anything at all. I will need to take it to my computer dealer to see what can be done about it. I would not expect this sort of problem so early on.
