This products says spelt it's white flour VERY DISAPPOINTED because I do not consume white flour and the package came crushed so the noodles are a bag of crumbs MONEY DOWN THE DRAIN NEVER AGAIN AND I DO NOT RECOMMEND ESPECIALLY SINCE THEY ARE NON REFUNDABLE
