Difficult to access interior
Way too small and difficult to access interior. I bought this for a three week trip and ended up putting this inside of a tote bag for daily usage. It was just a disappointment and an expensive one at that. I am giving it to charity.

Did not receive what was ever ties the bag was missing the keychain as shown in the picture
Just received the bag is the perfect size for me but I was disappointed that the keychain charm was missing and there’s no way for them to send me another one.
