Good value, would recommend!
This tent is super light weight and good value for money! I have just been using it up in the mountains on a 6 day hike in Tasmania and it has fared very well, very easy to set up and pack away - I haven't sat for more than 3 minutes to get it back into its bag. Only had rainfall on one of the nights but it seemed waterproof enough. Slight bit of condensation on the interior of the tent a few times, but that was when there hadn't been much breeze and everyone else had the same issue with their tents (of other brands, types and prices), so perhaps more of a climate issue! Roomy enough for a 1 person tent, and has ventilation openings either side as well as a nice rectangular window! Great product overall!

Super small, in both a good and a bad way
This is a very portable tent, which is great if you're going for longer hikes in your own and don't want to carry excess weight. The design, in my opinion, is perhaps a bit complicated and could've benefited from more poles, instead of guy lines, but perhaps this is the trade off you get when you want to save on weight. I have only slept in it once since receiving it and had quite a few problems with it: I pitched on a moss covered mountain, which was quite difficult since there are about 12 (?) pegs and 4-6 guy lines, but that would've been easier on softer ground. So, it is not a freestanding tent. Secondly, at night the temperature fell to about +3 degrees Celsius which created other problems. My breath really condensated on the inside of the tent to the extent that my sleeping bag got wet and there was water everywhere (not crazy much, but enough to be a little irritating). Having said that, it's a good tent otherwise! Super small and light in your backpack, so it's good for long excursions in warmer weather! And I really like that it's got a very panoramic view too!

Darned fine tent for the budget price.
For the price an incredibly lightweight tent. Replace the standard tent pegs with light weight ones and this weighs less than a kilo. Snug fit for 6ft plus but doable...vestibule takes my 50l rucksack and size 13 boots easily. Hasn't rained so far but assume 5000hh should cope admirably. Can't emphasize how impressed i am for the price.

Bad product
THIS is awful product. I can't even tell you how much nerves did THIS cost me during my firsts nights while traveling around SE Asia. Firstly, tent is hard to put on at any soft places, like sand. It is completely impossible to put it on a hard ground. To put it on you need to stick metal sticks into the ground and you need to stick all of them, orherwise it won't hold on. This particular tent's putting on technique is very complicated. Trust me, I had quite a few tents before and this takes by far longest time. It there's a wind or you are camping on the beach - you better think about using this tent as a sleeping bag, save your nerves. Theres not enough of space inside, you need to keep your stuff(like backpack) outside, therefore it might be stolen or some bugs might invade it. Good sides - tent is waterproof, really compact to carry around and overall good quality. However if you are taller then 5"8, don't even think, mark my words. And it is really hard to put on, further more there was no instructions. The £10 tent I bought in local shop did much better job, I sold this on the next day.

As an tent for a dry weather conditions is fine. Another think is that you have to have ...
It is ok for a price I paid. It is light enough. Been tested in heavy rain and did leak. As an tent for a dry weather conditions is fine. Another think is that you have to have put in to the ground to many pegs (while ground is very rocky then it is not possible and all structure is not stable) Regards Piotr M

Perfect lightweight tent for a quick camp.
Excellent lightweight tent. Perfect for Cycling/hiking or as a quick bivi. Keep it well ventilated and condensation won't be a problem. It's stronger than it looks and really is good value.

A good intrduction model for minimalist wild camping
This is a well thought out design that seeks to be a hybrid two and single layer tent. Condensation can be a problem but the design includes features to allow the tent to breathe but you may need to improvise with lifting the door flap from the floor to increase air movement when the door is closed. It really just needs some Velcro straps on the entrance side to allow adjustment of the height from the floor. Otherwise just enough sleeping space for a 6ft stocky bloke to sleep on his back and simple to use. It also packs down neatly to be smaller than my sleeping bag. a good introduction model for minimalist wild camping.

Poor design and hard to assemble
I was out on the Pacific Crest Trail the last week. The tent was a nightmare to put up despite having practised at home. The directions were virtually non existent and I had to look at a You tube video to set up. It was in German, so I understood the actions but without the words. On the trail the tent collapsed as soon as I got into it and at the end of 9 hours hiking in the heat one wants an easy to assemble tent. This meant that the nights were freezing because the tent did not hold up. Other veteran trailers tried to help me but no joy. I therefore binned it at the next town on the trail. Run away a mile if you are thinking about a serious tent. Might be good for your young child who might want to sleep the odd night in a tent but has her house nearby if the tent collapses
