One further question ... Is there a longer shower-hose available (say 350cm)?

For now, the equipped shower hose is 150cm, without a longer hose.

How does the water get from the storage tank into the heater, is power required to lift the water?

An extra water pipe is required to connect the water heater to the tank to run it, which is not included inside the product package. This water heater comes in 6L/min and 10L/min sizes with input power of 11kw and 20kw respectively.
