not bad they do the job, but i do have problems with them going into stand bye mode. But i believe this is due to pairing frequencies with other wifi equipment in surrounding area. My neighbour goes out like clock work and they always disconnect, so some radiowave is causing it.Other than that they are modertly okay for general use. If you are a die hard / hardcore game spend some more money and buy something special. I rated 4/5 due to the connection problems. Sometimes its every 30 seconds other times i could use them all day and not disconnect. they are very fickle. i use xbox 360 but due to them only working in STEREO through the xbox i need to run it through my TV and let the xbox hardware run the 5.1

I purchased these headphones for myself as a fairly consistent gamer. I was a bit worried as most people would be that it would not be that good in quality as other brands. However for its sale price I was very happy with the headset and continue to use it as I find that it beat suited me as I use it on my xbox360, Xbox one and my PC and find that it is very easy to do so as the connector for it is as simple to change as plugging and unplugging the USB(apart from the Xbox one which also has a finer optic cable but is just as easy). There are probably better headsets out there but for the price it's well worth it's money.

I bought this headset as it is the best deal I could find that I could use with both my xbox one and ps4.First of all the sound quality is excellent and the headset sits comfortably on your head. Theres just one problem.........On the ps4 they work perfectly but on the xbox one it seems im having the same problem as I have read in a few other reviews, the headset keeps cutting off every 5-10 mins which is very annoying, its simple enough to switch back on but there's nothing worse than missing audio whilst gaming and watching tv. If it wasn't for this problem they would have gotten 4 stars from me.

I bought this from Kington Pro. This is an amazing headset for it's price and customer service. The sound quality is amazing and although there is some slight flaws which I will touch upon I can not recommend this enough.When I first got the headset it was so easy to figure out. There is a small instruction book which goes through all settings needed on every console to get it to work. I have tried it on: PS3, PS4, Xbox 360, PC and TV. All work great. Easy to set up, fantastic to wear.The headset is so comforatable as well I can easiliy go with an 8 hour gaming session without realising that I still have them on. The range on the headset is fantastic as well.There are some slight flaws which I do belive are getting fixed. Looking at their twitter they have posted an update file which fixes some of the common problems. The only problems I had with the headset is randomly, although not very often, there will be a high pitched sound that comes through the headset which can hurt if you have the volume up like I do. However with the latest update it does say it has been fixed, not had any problems with that so far.The other problem I had was the microphone was too quiet. I only use the microphone for PC. So to get around this problem, I turned off "Allow applications to take exclusive control of this device". If you untick this and change the Mic volume to max. It will always be at that level. I found out that programs can alter the volume based on what it considers to be loud. So turning this off helped loads.One thing to note is that I have a hearing aid in one of my ears. Normally when something goes over my hearing aid it has terrible feedback sounds. So I would normally of taken my hearing aid out to listen to the headset. Which on PC would not be a problem as I would turn the volume up high and have most sounds coming out my ear which is hard of hearing so I could get a "normal" sound. However with this headset I can leave my hearing aid in as I do not get any feedback sounds at all. So this will always be my headset brand now.I did contact customer service who replied within 24 hours about my Mic problem. I also contacted them 5 months after I got my headset as it would just not turn on. They offered me a replacement straight away and it was dispatched next day delivery. This is how customer service should be. Absolutly fantastic.

First of all let me say these are by far NOT noise cancelling despite what the description says. The box even says "noise reducing" so some false advertising there.The headset does look stunning and is very comfortable. The plastic does feel a bit light, someone said "cheap" but in my opinion a light headset adds to comfort. If I had bought this for use with a PC or PS3/4 I would have been pleased despite the noise cancelling being none existent.Now, secondly the fact that you need to use your kinect's microphone when using with Xbox one goes completely against the reasons for buying a headset! It does state this in the description but it doesn't make it clear, it says, "for best experience use with kinect"If you're using this with Xbox one, you will need to buy an adaptor, not the manufacturer's fault but a pre warning would have been nice as I was excited upon receiving this today only to find I can't use it on the spot.

Bought these headphones for TV in bedroom - optical cable connection meant I could leave them permanently set up - simply muting the television and switching on the headphones at night. I power the transmitter via the tv's usb.However, I nearly through these headphones away as they continually cut out when I first used them. I eventually googled this problem and found that this was a known issue. I downloaded a small application and uploaded new firmware for both the headphones and transmitter. Immediately, the dropping out problem was fixed and they haven't failed once since.

I find this headset very comfortable and it has good sound quality. However the wireless function can interrupt my internet connection to some degree and so in this occasion I replaced it for a wired version that although did not give me the freedom of the wireless it is so far very reliable.The services provided by Kingston Pro was very efficient and friendly.
