Husbands gift
Got this for my husbands birthday as he had talked about then for ages. I know they are good because we used to sell them years ago in our DJ shop. They are so well made and sound fab. The cost is great to ,Lovely sturdy Mike for a singer or Entertainer .

An excellent low cost option
I have just bought this mic to use alongside my SM58 as my wife and I have been asked to sing at a wedding. Given that we don't do this regularly I didn't feel I could justify another SM58.The mic arrived quickly and well packaged. Nice to have an XLR lead included, not the highest quality but takes away the need to buy one separately. There is a nice weight to the microphone, very similar to the SM58 and not reflective of a £30 product. The switch has a very light action. I didn't particularly want a switched mic but it will hopefully not give reliability issues.Performance wise the mic is excellent. Sound quality is crisp and well balanced and extremely capable for vocals. Certainly more than simply a karaoke mic. Most noticably when singing to the sides of the mic there is a noticeable cut off in pickup, whereas the SM58 still responds from all angles. I really like this characteristic as the is less likely to be pickup from other sound sources.Dare I say it, but I prefer this mic to the SM58! Time will tell long term.

A review on this excellent microphone
The microphone has a good weight to it, a solid on off switch, no 'case noise when held. The performance has a good vocal range from bass to high tenor..very crisp reaction ...a really nice mic for karaoke.. Using 27 years of my singing/vocal experience this microphone is level with the ,Sure SM58, ... all for just under half the price
