This is definitely not my favourite cheese but my son on the other hand loves it . I would say it’s a bit like the cheese you get in hospital sandwiches- which kids seem to love . Tastes alright -

Actually very tasty, and convinient!
I'm usually a fan of stronger cheeses or mature cheddars! This is flavoursome with decent strength and not bitter like some. A lovely cheese for almost anything, but most lovely melted on a burger!
