What a great product. These are the second lot we have had . When our elderly terrier started to have little accidents we purchased these for him. What a godsend they were for him and us. Not to have any leaks on the floor or carpets. We did line them with a night time sanitary pad as well . We now use them for our other dog now . They wash so well and dry quickly on line outside or hung over the radiator . I will say I did stitch over the adjustable Velcro part with my sewing machine as the constant taking it off every time they went outside umpteen times a day I didn't want it coming off . I can say that the first lot lasted until the little fella went over the rainbow bridge and they were worn and washed many, many times . They are soft and comfy for them to wear and they didn't, don't seem to mind wearing them.

I got these to help my aging dog from peeing on the floor accidentally. He has been trained since a puppy to only pee outside but now he has turn 16 and he can’t seem to hold himself before messing inside. This clearly up set him because he thought he was in trouble each time - I never shouted or told him off but he seemed to think he was being a bad boy. Since using the belly wrap with an additional liner he has brightened up knowing that he lack of bladder control is not messing anything or causing a problem. He wears the belly band without any problems and doesn’t seem to mind it at all. The only time the product has failed is when I fitted it wrong!The Velcro is super strong and the material it is made from is tough. When washing it is best to place them in a separate washing net bag so the Velcro doesn’t stick to any other piece of clothing in the machine.

I wish I had known about the belly wraps a long time ago! Our elderly daxie doesn't always manage to make it to the door, and even if he does, sometimes comes back into the house and wets the floor ( or should I say rug) We've had to bin 3 rugs as we can't get the smell out of them even using a proper carpet washers. We've had the belly wraps for a week now and I love them and he doesn't mind wearing them. I bought both the medium and large sizes as I wasn't sure what to get. Although the medium fits H'es about 17 - 18" around his waits), I think the large are better for a Dachshund's body shape. They are absorbent and wash really well. Just remember to velcro them together before putting them in the washer otherwise they stick to everything else. They are very well made, look good and definitely work. Well worth the money ( I ended up buying 4 packs I was that impressed). I would recommend them for anyone who has a dog that either marks in the house or just can't hold on any more.

That small addition at the front makes all the difference! I've used the flat band type before, but he'd always manage to scoot it down enough to pee. With this one, no chance. It's on and staying in place. The velcro is superb, and doesn't lose it's sticky, and the fabric is thick and really good quality. They cost a little more, but you only need to buy once, unlike the cheap versions. Very happy with them.

These belly bands seem to work very well for my elderly cocker spaniel who has reached an age where he drips when asleep. I cannot comment on their longevity but I am delighted with the fit and ease of putting them on and removing them. He has never shown any discomfort and has accepted them from the start. I have two of a different type and. To be honest, these are my preferred ones. The others were £17.95 each whereas these were three for roughly the same price.However.... they are wearing out really quickly. When they are washed, the Velcro gets stuck to other parts of the item and they are falling apart. I always close the Velcro when I wash them, as advised, but they still stick to the lining. Also, I noticed that the padding inside is starting to move and become rucked up, which may be uncomfortable for the dog. I have to try and readjust it before fitting them.He has rapidly become quite incontinent and, although they can feel damp on the outside, they are able to absorb the worst of it. I definitely needed two packs as I find I need to change them every few hours during the day.

Only just ordered and received, but they are great quality and doing a good job so far.

We’ve been using belly bands for a few years now for my very stubborn, naughty affenpinscher. These are the best I’ve come across as they are absorbent , super soft and stretchy and never feel tight or restrictive. Definitely measure as they are true to size and if you are at the top end of the measurement I’d say they will still be a great fit because of the stretch/ elasticity on them. I ordered a medium then once they arrived and tried and tested I ordered more and binned the old ones after realising they were not a great fit anymore. I always have a pair in the wash but I do not tumble these to try and look after the elastic.
