I got this for my little guy to practice his writing skills and kill some time for those slower days and it is really helping. I've tried it with wipe away regular markers and dry erase markers, both work very well and I haven't noticed any staining so far. I used to love looking in Highlight books as a kid and it was something I wanted my kids to enjoy too. Definitely going to be adding more writing time over the summer to really fine tune those skills!

As soon as the package arrived my son and I started working on the first page and he loved it. It was super easy for him to use and for me to help guide him. If he made a mistake it was okay because we could wipe it off and start again.I loved that it came with the pen and was super easy to wipe off while using it- we used our fingers to wipe it off and it left no residue.Overall this is a great product and I would recommend this product to any parent/guardian looking to teach their children how to write.

So glad I made this purchase! My daughter is beginning to prepare for kindergarten and we have had a hard time learning to write out ABC's.I have tried multiple books from various places, and she always got bored with them. This one however she enjoys way more! I love that it not only helps teach how to write the letters, but it also has little activities on every page to help them recognize the letters in real words. Which has also helped my daughter to understand that some letters make multiple sounds. It's been a life saver during our home pre-school time. I really wish I had found it sooner.It erases well, the marker did have trouble at the beginning but after a few shakes it worked like a charm. It is a sturdy book, made with good quality. I recommend it if your child is struggling to learn, or if you just want to introduce letters!

I like that the book comes with a marker. Inside the book has activities for each letter. The print is big. The book came with a spiral bind which is nice to have your toddler pay attention to one page at a time.

Bought it for my 4 year old. He likes the activities more than practicing the letters, but it gets the job done. I leave around so he can pick it up when he wants and starts practicing.

My 7 year old son was really struggling learning to write. He would get frustrated if he didn't get his letters perfect and he would give up. This allows him to erase with ease and try again, so he doesn't get frustrated. He went from tracing to writing free hand within about a couple weeks of using this. So I would definitely recommend for emerging writers.

My littlest niece will soon start kindergarten, and she's been using this when on her way to daycare each morning. She's obsessed with practicing her letters -- I think the erasable marker aspect helps her feel like she doesn't have to be perfect while practicing too.

My 4 year old son loves this. He's more interested in the activities rather than practicing the letters right now, but it's a good quiet time activity which also came in handy when traveling. Took over a month to show up and the marker died fairly quick, but otherwise we're happy with this purchase.
