The media could not be loaded. I used it for my wedding to label everything and now I’m using it around the house including baby’s drawers. Makes everything more organized. The price was great and love that it comes with an app to customize the font from there but really user friendly. Just wish it had different font colors besides black and gray. The print quality and size is okay. Its more for smaller items I would say. Overall it serves it’s purpose.

I bought this product for my wife to use at her work and she was thinking of having her employer reimburse her and the company just keep the product but after she used it for an hour she determined that she would rather keep it for herself. She loves it and it is extremely simple to use and very user friendly. The app allows for you to use a wide assortment of emojis/images to print along with any text on the labels. She now finds any and everything she can to label. It is a really good printer with quality material for the labels and its very compact so the portability is superb, fitting in pretty much any handbag/purse. I would recommend that if you're looking for a product similar to this with the same function, look no further and just get yourself this one!

They really mean mini bc this thing is tiny and the labels it makes is even tinier. The ink isn’t the best quality but you can clearly see what it prints. Have to download app on your phone to sync with it and type labels from the app. Easy and straight forward to get it working. Recommend for labeling small things not big moving tubs like I did

Has obvious Bluetooth connection issues and battery charging status is also glitchy.When you turn it off after use reconnecting to Bluetooth is glitchy it takes to much effort to make it reconnect. I have to force close the app several times turn Bluetooth off then back on and I also have to go to Bluetooth connection settings and click on the printer name to try to connect it to Bluetooth but it doesn't allow a connection. So I had to try a combination of all those things mentioned until I find the right combination that makes it connect. I know how to connect things to Bluetooth I've been doing it in many years. It's just glitchy. I contacted ieager by email and haven't gotten a response. I also sent them an email about the charging indicator being glitchy. It's at 50% I plug it in to charge and within a minute the blinking light stops. I go check the charge status and it says 100 then I turn it off then back in then it reads 50 or 52 percent when it just read 100 and the blinking light had stopped. Plugging the charger back in makes the charge light blink a few seconds again then stops as if it was fully charged but it's not. Who knows if it will ever be charged or not. I'll probably send it back because I don't want to keep something that doesn't work normally. I'll wait for the seller to email me back and I'll update the review then, good or bad.I have a video of the connection issues in my other phone I might update this with that video. When it works it works good but that's when it's connected but getting it to connect is a pain. I also tried with a 2 week old iPhone 15 and firstly an android running the lastest operating system.Update: seller contacted me back with nothing but mumbo jumbo. Telling me to check my charger box as if I don't know if it works. In the email I told them that it charges but not completely. That means the charger box is working and it's used for my phone and I have several of them and several cables. Then tell me I'm probably missing a step at charging it. Also told me to connect to blue tooth to turn the printer on then open the app but doesn't say when to turn on Bluetooth or even turn it on at all lol. Bunch of mumbo jumbo to me.

I bought this printer because I needed a label maker. I was skeptical at first because I was unsure how big the labels were and though familiar with thermal printers, I wasn't sure if this would work for me. The tiny gadget came and I'm impressed by the machine. It is packaged neatly.It prints bold.I can edit my texts and position them how and where I want them. There are numerous fonts available, so there is something for everyone. I can have up to 3 line of texts. I can add graphics from the app - more like drawings, not real pictures.Printing is easy; first though, download the app. I like that you scan each roll to pull up the editing functions. It also uses continuous labels so you can create labels of any length.There is one drawback, sometimes you get an error message about incorrect an label, usually it is a sticker that cameoff on the roll and you have an empty spot. Advance the roll;it fixes it.My only wish - a separate on/off button.Other than that, this printer is perfect for my needs. I will be a happy teacher. Hopefully, the labels mean my students won't 'borrow' my pencils and I will have all my pencils at the end of the day. Fingers crossed!

The label printer itself is super cute, and pretty easy to use. The app makes it a simple but decently custom experience to design your little labels with a good selection of fonts and symbols - BUT I almost thought the printer was out of ink or something when I used it, printed a second label to confirm and the ink was fine, the problem is the definition!It’s so pixelated/blocky that the fonts look like they’re missing pieces (something that doesn’t show in the app). Not ideal :/
