The inner lid that covered the powder would not stay closed which on opening the powder would spill out as it seems other purchasers realised. I found the product defective so returned as requested by1st class mail and with tracker costing £4.40. Unfortunately it appears that although I will receive a refund for the goods they will not refund postage. I have over the years bought Stratton Powder Compacts for my wife and the Quality has been excellent this item had a fault and was to be a Xmas present for her and the reason for the 1 star is about the postage.
