Great A/C refrigerant recovery machine

Careful after exposure machine resembles R2D2
Fantastic machine. At first I needed to service the vapor cycle cooling system in the back of my airplane. By the time I was done me an R2 were in deep space battling tie fighters and getting lined up for an attempt on the kessel run! Thankfully Tim noticed the leaky fittings and everything returned to normal.

Arrived and was exactly as described.

Product does not work
I can't use the product because they sent me the wrong product, the black hose that goes to the 134a refrigerant gas tank is not the correct one and cannot be connected to the refrigerant tank, I attached a photo, do not buy this product because you will have this same problem and the support does not respond, the page to activate the product is also useless, the product will only work for a month and then stop working.

Unit arrived promptly and in good condition. Our old unit was 20+ years old so a bit of a learning curve, but controls are very intuitive and easy to understand. The software was out of date but one phone call and they sent a service tech out to update the software. While he was here he recalibrated the tank scale and answered all our questions. Unit seems to be working well and we are very satisfied so far.
