It's a very well presented book. Well made with good quality paper and print. The gloss finished hardcover is a bonus because it will last for years. This is the sort of book that people do not usually throw out. The contents are well displayed and very informative or anyone interested in history or religion. Covering most of the well known Catholic Saints the book goes into some detail with their lives, their sacrifice's and their commitment to the Christian faith. Almost every Saint you will come across online can found in this Encyclopedia and for the price I think it makes a great gift for all ages.

the book was delivered earlier than expected, it was bought as a present and it was well received.

Very informative and gave incite into a whole load of saints I had unfortunately never heard of before. I recommend it even to those not of the Christian faith as the stories within this book are truly inspiring.

I love this book. It is a gift for someone who enjoys learning about the saints. The pages contain colored pictures of the saints with great descriptions in them - making learning about them fun.

Absolutely beautiful book! I am a little disappointed that the author left out St. Ignatious of Antioch, although he is mentioned in the bio of Polycarp but that is a small criticism. I read the single 1 star review and do not understand the objection. I cannot find information regarding the Author’s denomination but the books’s consultant, Rev. Ronald Creighton-Jobe is a Roman Catholic Priest in London. The book is full of beautiful illustrations and well written overviews of over 300 saints.
