Hard work but worth it
A small amount of powder with a few drops of water is required to make a paste. Using a soft cloth small circular motions over the scratch. Don’t expect to only have to do this a few times (depending on the scratch). I did it until my arm felt like it was going to drop off!! Still a scratch there but much improved. Keep at it!

It didn't work for me but...
I was trying to polish a small scuff mark out of a mirror. Unfortunately the scuff was in an awkward position and I was doing it by hand. If you use a power tool and have good access then this 'might' work for you. I guess this is why glass/mirror repair shops turned me away (but they were the ones that told me to try this).

Does a good job
Very pleased with it. According to my Amazon order it is "Running late", I have however used it and I am very pleased. I tried to tell the company that it had arrived but they read my message incorrectly and think I am complaining!
