My pillow is very comfortable. I had to adjust the water a couple of times. Even a 1/4 cup can make a difference.

This pillow is the most comfortable pillow I have ever used. I love it.

My husband says I could open a pillow museum - and he would be right. I feel like I've been on a Neverending Story quest for a pillow that supports my neck...but not "too" much. This one is the top spot out of my "pillow museum" collection. It's still not a 10/10, but I'm starting to accept that maybe that doesn't exist. But it gives good support with the adjustable feature of the water making more of a moderate form of support rather than too flimsy/bulky.

Would be a great product if it smelled better. The smell is awful. Gives me stuffy nose. It can’t be washed as it will disintegrate. It does feel comfortable and soothing. I tried washing the covers, covering with towels. Nothing works. Very permeating smell. I can’t use it.

I recommend this pillow to everyone who is not comfortable with the one they have. I think I’ve had it for over a year now. I actually have two. I have slept better then with this pillow then with any other kind I have ever used!

I’ve been using these pillows for years, but my most recent one arrived smelling like mildew, despite not having been filled with water. I’m so disappointed, people who get migraines cannot tolerate sleeping on this.

I was adding another water pillow. My original pillow is perfect. However, the company must be cutting costs and this pillow doesn't cut it. I am a side sleeper and the slept with it for 5 days. When I woke up on the 5th day, I was in so much pain I couldn't raise my left arm past my shoulder. You can visibly see a height difference, even though I used the same amount of water. Sometimes cutting costs ruin the product, as in this case. Sad.

IMO, this is the best pillow. Firmness is determined by the 'sleeper'. No 'scrunching' necessary. Washable cover.
