Earlier product was very good . The “new and improved” smaller packaging is poor. The product cakes up and sticks inside the packet. The taste of the earlier product was also better. No noticeable difference in performance between the earlier and “new and improved” product.

Very bad . It didn't suit me . I had loose motions and acid reflux twice . Could not sleep as the food digestion seemed to slow down. It is such an expensive product which has side effects.
