Although this camera is a V380 camera, it does not seem to have as strong of a signal as my other V380 cameras. What I mean is - I have it out at the patio door which is about 30ft from where I sit at my computer. I tried it in the second bedroom (about 50ft away with two walls and a room between the computer and the camera) but it would not work. It kept losing the connection to the router. So I changed the camera to the patio door and the one at the patio door to the bedroom. Now both work. Note though that the V380 software will, for unknown reasons, simply stop working. Like right now. Just noticed it is not running. Also note that you can find other software to use with these cameras but that they are hard to set up and use. (And no - I haven't yet gotten mine to work with any other software.)

I bought these cameras thinking that they would be great because of the advertisement and they are not receive them and there are no barcodes for me to download them to be able to use them so I've now had to send them back and repurchase a couple of times and still am having the same problem I've tried downloading the barcode on the box but all it is is a tutorial on how the cameras work I really wish that they would fix this problem I do not know where the number is that you're supposed to put in I look for barcode they're only one barcode on box does not help when both code on paper of instructions does not help all goes to tutorial again what a bummer these cameras really suck they would be really awesome I think if I could just get a barcode so I can download thank you so much and have a great day

It has a delay when you try to speak through the app but you can clearly hear plenty. I have it by front door and I could hear my family in the kitchen through the app! You can switch between hd and as picture quality as well. Over all if you don't mind having to run a cord from inside the house to it, it's pretty good.

I use mine outside all year long... Freezing temps, rain, snow, humidity, wind... My first one I had to clean the lens with a q-tip after about a year .. it works so well I bought another and will be getting more. They all link together easy to set up easy to use. The cloud subscription is pretty inexpensive especially since I can take still photos recordings zoom in night vision .. the humanoid detection doesn't work that great but overall I am incredibly satisfied.. the only feature it doesn't have that I wish it did would be to rotate the camera around. But I have mine set where I capture a panoramic view and that works just fine. I will be buying more

Uses some crappy app that is not V380 pro and it states it is upgraded to HDWifiCamPro and there is nothing upgraded about it and the picture quality is very poor. Do not recommend.

It’s not connecting to the WiFi

This little camera is amazing!! The quality of video is awesome for its size. I have a new nanny. I love this it’s so tiny so I can place in anywhere and it’s out of site. What an extreme value! So easy to use And set up.. amazing price! Very happy with this purchase!!

I got a replacement since the first one never connected and never produced a voice prompt. I thought it was just faulty but the replacement did the exact same thing. All I got was a flashing red light and no voice prompt even after a reset. These are faulty. I am returning the second one for a full refund.What they don't tell you in the ad is that it is NOT V380 Pro compatible, which is why I bought it in the first place. It is actually a different ap. False or incompetent advertising.
