I tried another brand first and they arrived broken, corners smashed out, as the material was very cheap. These are fantastic! Well made. They fit on my car top for a long trip and the locking option gave added security. They are big enough to pack full but still light enough to lift and transport, even lifting up to my car roof rack. The lids snap securely so even a little rain was no problem. They also stack nicely for storage, one inside the other with lids on top.

These totes work great! My husband is using them for his tools and I was able to steal one to store my yarn. It is able to fit so much and I love the lockable lid to keep it secured. They feel really sturdy for the material being so lightweight. Definitely recommend. Would purchase again.

I was concerned about the quality of these from some of the reviews but, they seem well suited for the purpose of packing shop tools.

These are great for storing items that you don't want others to be able to just see. I bought them to organize items in my closet and as I unboxed them noticed my hands were exceptionally dirty with a black dust. Thank goodness I recognized it before putting items into them, so after a good wipe down of every nook and cranny of the bins, the lids, and the handles with multiple microfiber cloths; all was well. I'd definitely recommend them (just clean them before use).

I expected more from Rubbermaid. If you are looking for a solid storage container, this one isn't it. Upon arrival 2 out of 3 containers came with 1 handle falling off. There was no damage to the shipping box. I tried snapping the handles back in place. I was able to do so and to close the containers. Every time I opened them again, the same sides of the same handles popped out again. I didn't try to break the 3rd bin's handles, but I have very little doubt that the handles would have broken after a few cycles. I did not give this review all 1's. I didn't do so because for what they are, they might work for someone else. My expectations may have been too high. The actual container felt as though it might stand up fine for something like storing Christmas ornaments or folded clothes and mostly just stored on a shelf somewhere. If that is what you are going for, these containers should be fine. The container itself did not arrive damaged, only the lids did. I do have an old Rubbermaid ActionPacker. It has been GREAT. This whole thing started when I went to buy more. Apparently, Rubbermaid stopped making/selling the size (and shape) I currently own. I use it in the back of my truck under a cover, and the size and quality are perfect for me. The rounded edges kept it from catching when dragging it in and out of the truck. When they didn't sell the size/shape I have, I found another Rubbermaid container nearer the size I wanted. I was expecting a level of quantity, at least, near the quality of the ActionPacker. These containers are much closer to Dollar Store quality. If you want a quality container that may take banging around in the back of a pickup for years, you might consider the ActionPacker. "IF" Rubbermaid still puts the same amount of quality into the ActionPacker as they did with the old one I own, then I would highly recommend it. At least I can say I really like mine as a truck bed container. I have not, however, had the opportunity to check out their current day ActionPacker. Good luck.

I received my package today with my 3 containers which are advertised as 16 Gal Storage Totes with demensions of 30.37"L x 16.62"H x 13.93"W. What I received were 3 totes with demensions 30.50"L x 12.75"H x 13.93"W. The length and width are okay but, advertising something that is 4.12" shorter is a huge misrepresentation and does not work for me. Color is great and in new condition with nothing broken.

These are just the right size to fit in the back of my Jeep. I can fit and find all of the little do dads and 10 mm sockets that like to hide from you when you need them.

These are perfect. Love them , very sturdy, perfect for back of pickup.

I just love the bins they're so helpful and I love how they stack up
