The package does state the below so no, trace amounts of wheat gluten might be found. However it is an incredible spice and exactly what we use in SA to make the best South African wors. Ingredients: Salt, spices & spice extracts, dextrose, MSG (flavour enhancer), preservative (sodium metabisulphite). Allergens: May contain traces of celery, cow's milk, egg, soy, mustard or wheat gluten.

Tastes like home

I used this to make vegan wors. Tastes delicious! Reminded me of home. You get quite a lot and it goes far. Careful that you don’t add too much because it’s quite salty.
