Contains 10 ingredients each 50 MG. Concept and formulation are good. But received the item manufactured in February 2021 and about to expire in January 2024, on 19th November 2023, barely 2.5 months before expiry. Not happy about this aspect. Please don't push "about to expire" health supplements to online customers.Unable to write about quality or efficacy of the supplement , as it is early to gauge and no repeat order will be given for the next bottle, to comment on long term usage.
