I used it per a month. My nails were very fragile and couldn't grow them . After just a month of use my nails are beautiful and also my skin looks very healthy. I don't see any difference on my hair but I always had great hear. I believe thet the product will work for nails,skin and hair. Great taste, little to sweet. Should have sugar free option.

I wanted to wait until I finished the whole bottle to write a review . My hair was thinning and shedding . I was losing my hair and it was depressing . I decided to give these a try. The taste is good and I have noticed my hair growing and getting thicker . It’s still shedding but not as much. I am ordering another bottle and can’t wait to see more results.

I much prefer chewable vitamins as pills often upset my stomach. These are easy take, taste good and I believe make a difference in providing me the B vitamins I need at this stage of life. For reference, I am an active and healthy 51 year old female.

These vitamins are for your hair, nails, and skin. I ordered them for both my usage and my son's. They have a citrus taste which is good for both me and my son. I have only been using them for a few days. But, I am already seeing growth with my hair. I have not noticed any difference to my skin at the moment. And, I haven't noticed any difference to my nails just yet.

Great vitamin B7 product, tastes good, and helps with hair & nail growth

At first I didn’t like the texture of the vitamin but once I allowed it to dissolve slightly the texture wasn’t as bad. Haven’t seen any results yet but praying that they work. I will come back in two weeks to give an update of the product.

It tastes great. I have trouble swallowing bad tasting products which is why I tried Nothing but...Biotin. The product I was using changed their formulation and I could not tolerate it. Thankfully very happy with this product.
