These filters are the right size for my cat it 3L cat fountain..they are cheaper than the brand catit filters which are about 12.00$ for four .the brand name has a plastic bottom with small slits in it ,these do not they are all fiber not sure if it's cotton or a cotton blend. One thing I especially like about this brand is that they seem to have more of the coconut resin in the pouches than the other brands I have purchased!..And I have tried a lot of them..I took one point off because even though I ran the filter under the water for five or so minutes When I took it apart to clean the entire fountain..(something I recommend doing at least once a week , probably more) I found some of the black carbon had settled at the bottom and in the crevices of the fountain..which I am pretty sure caused my kitty to turn his picky nose up to the water for a couple of days..which totally freaked me out!..I realize cats don't drink enough water as it is however my cat seemed to increase his water intake after I first bought him a fountain years ago .I would watch him waddle on up to the thing and slurp up his H2O for a great deal longer than before when I just used a regular bowl for his water...so all things said these filters are a bargain and I will buy them again next time! ..GOOD LUCK EVERYBODY WITH YOUR KITTIES WATER DRINKING HABITS! ITS IMPORTANT TO KEEP THEM HYDRATED SOMETHING I learned the hardest way possible when My beloved fat kitty was recently diagnosed with ckd..a disease that is not curable! And now all I can do is follow the doctors suggestions and try to get Mr.Whiskers to drink more water take a phosphorus binder ..and vitamin B complex and fish oil and a bunch of other things I cannot readily afford right now but am trying my best to get for him rendering me broke every month..as I live on disability at the moment...but even though I am without funds I still find myself buying and going quickly into debt for the cat I promised to care for and that I love so very much! I hope you can prevent your cats from the same sad fate as mine..

Quality filter replaces original perfectly

With every other product I bought the water got contaminated in just days, especially the Catit original brand filter. This keeps the water clean and all you have to do is add fresh water when it gets low.

These filters seem to get water logged rapidly causing the water to back up and run thru the overflow slot. I don’t think it is becoming clogged with anything other than water.

I bought these to replace the more expensive cat water fountain filters that I have been using. I have seven cats and 2 fountains and change the filters every 2 weeks! They work just as well as the cattit filters I was using plus they don't have the plastic! I tried recycling the plastic of the filters, a real pain! So these new filters save me time and money! There are two sizes, make sure to buy the larger size filters!

It's a good fit for the fountain. I'm not shure if they last as long as the catit. They feel a little off but they do the job.

Tengo un par de gatos en casa y claro, me gusta que estén en las mejores condiciones de salud, por lo que adquirí una fuente eléctrica para que el agua estuviera lo más limpia posible, al estar en movimiento de manera constante y al pasar por filtros de limpieza como el que aquí nos encontramos. En mi caso, me decidí por estos filtros ya que venía una gran cantidad de repuestos y en principio, era compatible con mi fuente. He de decir que ya he gastado varios y no puedo estar más que satisfecho, dado que el agua no huele nunca a mal, tiene buen color y los gatos beben una cantidad de líquido considerable, por lo que la calidad de la misma debe ser adecuada (si os lo preguntáis, no, no he probado el agua yo mismo ni intención tengo). Además, el precio del producto es bastante competitivo, ya que los filtros duran varias semanas, por lo que tengo recambios para un largo tiempo. En definitiva, si buscáis unos recambios duraderos, de calidad contrastada y que mantenga el agua de vuestra fuente gatuna de manera correcta, estos recambios cumplen totalmente dicha función y no os van a defraudar.
