No light as didn't want it, noise free, easy to use

I bought two of these smart devil humidifiers recently to use in my flat. They worked well for around 5 hours and looked very smart and cool. However, when I went to use them the following day, refilling them with water and plugging them in, both of them would not work. They won't even turn on and there is no way to find out what the problem is. I tried everything but it makes no difference. I contacted the company to get a refund and return the two humidifiers using the details provided but they never got back to me, so I guess I am now out of pocket.I would avoid buying one of these at all costs. They are obviously poorly made and very unreliable as they appear to only work once before then breaking down and not working again and there is no hope of getting a refund either.

Lovely humidifier does what it says on the box. Only issue it comes with a usb and no plug otherwise great.

Bought 2 , one white one black. One wouldnt even turn on at all, did all same as instructions to set up but one just not responding at all. Device is dead.Other one worked a treat for one night, loved the light change. But now it has little water left and the lid will not budge or come off so i cant fill it up so its now also un-useable. Sending both back. Waste of time.

My wife purchased this diffuser / humidifier for our Airstream Travel Trailer as we were looking for a smaller diffuser / humidifier that can be moved from room to room. Overall, we are both pleased with the diffuser / humidifier with the exception of finding new oil pad replacements. Over time, the oil pad’s dry out, and need to be replaced. We would highly recommend this diffuser / humidifier to anyone looking for a smaller unit. Love this diffuser / humidifier!!

Habe das Produkt ursprünglich im August 2023 gekauft. Funktionierte bislang einwandfrei. Leider vor etwa 1 Woche keine Funktion mehr. Service kontaktiert. Binnen einer Woche war ein kostenloses, baugleiches, Ersatzgerät da. Perfekt und unkompliziert gelöst.Funktionell arbeite das Gerät wunderbar. Erzeugt einen sehr feinen Nebel, der die Luftfeuchtigkeit (wird nachts im Schlafzimmer verwendet) angenehm anpasst. Eine trockene Kehle gehört so der Vergangenheit an.

it stopped working after using it 5 times. It also has a sensor that turns it off when it gets too wet, but the nature of a diffuser is to get a bit damp which means it shuts off after just a few minutes of use so you need to constantly wipe it off. So disappointed, don't bother buying this.
