Epi-smooth Epilator
I'm not saying it grabs every single hair first go, but I do think it's good! Not even electrical epilators get each hair first go anyway. I was in stitches as I tried it out. I could feel it grabbing the hairs (and of course it's not totally pain free) which made me laugh my socks off. Full marks for amusement value! It's one of those things that you kind of want to play with like a toy. I think if you've never epilated before there may be a bit of scream factor. If you're used to epilating then you'll kind of know what to expect. If it's your first time with this and you have a lot of hair, proceed with caution. Probably best to go for threading to thin it out first, then use this. Then use it consistently. Also, toe your hair well back from your face, watch how close you go to your hair line and don't go near eyebrows or lashes. Once this baby grabs, it's hard to get it to let go!Keeping the above points in mind, I'd recommend. And I'd buy it again!

Wow... all those years paying for expensive threading and waxing
WOW, what can I say what a revelation? Ordered this honestly thinking it will probably be another bad buy that will end up in the bin. As soon as i used it for the first time i was amazed. A little painful but nowhere near as painful as threading or waxing, not to mention the price, what a bargain. my face is a bit pink after using it like you would expect, but not nearly as red as waxing. Brilliant buy.

Master it and save a fortune on salon waxing
I've had this for about a year. Initially, I found it too painful to use. I gave up and went back to salon waxing, which is hugely expensive. Then I got fed up with salon bills again and decided to give it another go. This time I am very pleased with it. I think success depends on your technique and staying on top of the job.So, after a solon wax, I used my Epi-smooth as soon as the hairs started to grow back. I find bending the spring into a gentle arc and making small rubbing finger movements back and forward works best for me. I do it every day or two, using a magnifying mirror, and I'm really pleased with the results. I finish off the odd one or two strays with tweezers. I haven't been for a salon lip wax for months. Saving a fortune.:)I'm sure its a matter of technique. Keep the movements small and close to the skin and when you get used to it.It works well and is not too painful.

Brilliant
One word ...... 'ouch'!!!But other words are - I really like this and it does exactly as described. It does the job and I don't need a mirror (one helps though), but I can sit (watching TV even) and just twiddle with this and job done.Best thing since sliced bread!

Brilliant gadget
I was pretty sceptical about this but it’s brilliant. Takes a couple of goes to get the knack but it’s basically like threading but without the fiddlyness. Great result and removes them from root so will last and no stubbly ends. Good bye hair removal creams, epilators and shavers!!

Not as good as expected
I bought the cheaper version a couple of years ago so I decided to buy the expensive version hoping it would be better it isn't the cheaper version is much better

Brilliant
This really removes all hair. I use on my face and chin and i feel really smooth after. Great product that lasts for ages. Well recommended!
