Great for lighting gas appliances
Where were you all my life? Great for lighting gas appliances, love the rechargeable and extendable head. Using this in my RV and camping. Would probably not recommend for lighting conventional fires, it is not a flame but a plasma arc.

This is Cool ... Really "Hot"
Had previously bought one of these nifty lighters for a gift. Once my hubby saw it, he didn't want to give it away. So, had to find another one to give to him for the grill.It is compact and it works really, really well. Hubby has large hands, and has never complained about this being too small to use. Looks like a win/win!!

Very high quality
Works as advertised, and charges via my USB-C MacBook charger. Many of these type of devices will refuse to charge from a MacBook charger because the electronics inside are too cheap to properly handle the voltage. Thankfully this one does work, meaning I have one less charger to carry. I also love how the neck is retractable, makes it super nice for lighting candles or using as a traditional zippo style lighter.

Doesn't make a flame
if your not using it on something like toilet paper forget it. This thing wont light dead grass.

My first plasma lighter. Glad I made the switch and will not be buying butane lighters any time soon. Gotta be a lot more healthier, that is another reason to switch. Also glad I chose this. Built like a tank but the price is that it is a little more bulkier. Doesn’t hurt for a pocket but is a little bigger than a woman might like in a compact purse. The charge is long enough but as a survival lighter it would not be long enough. Charges very fast so it is no problem anyway. Built with a lot of thought in the design. Been used a lot for a month and a half with no problems so price is fair for the above average quality and would buy again. The extension is really nice to light a short stub so you can see the end plus it saves on the mustache.

Nice and easy to useBut I think that it would be better if it had a holder of some kind to lower the extensionafter using itBecause of the possibility of it still being hot after useI don't know how long to wait to lower the extension? Few seconds or ?Do I want to touch it right after lightning it or wait? and for how long?
