Bought the tent and didn’t us it for the first two months we had it. Our mistake thinking it had a longer warranty than that. First time we used it it was obvious that one of the two main upper support brackets is defective. Really to bad as this is a nice big tent and easy to set up aside from poor quality control apparently. On the phone will Amazon waiting to talk to someone now as the chat bot just said we are outside the return window. Had a good chart with the Amazon customer service who said they will look into it and we will know in 24 to 48 hours what the seller has to say at which point I may update this review or add my new frustration. No matter the outcome, thank you Nuel at Amazon customer service for at least listening to me and taking steps to remedy the situation.

Bought this tent a couple summers ago and it has worked out amazingly! We usually put kids in one room, adults in another and food/clothes in the third. So incredibly easy to put up and take down. Take me maybe 15mins to put up and 10mins to take down. That time includes how long it takes to put the rain fly on and off. The product video does not specify that. My one semi complaint is that I wish there were more pockets and places to hang lanterns. But that’s not a deal breaker for me.Highly recommend this tent if you like glamping or just like to have room to move around!(Couldn’t figure out to ass pictures, but it looks just like the pics advertised)

We've only used this once in the backyard so far as a test run, but it is super spacious, which is awesome for our family! Each room fits a queen air mattress with room to spare, and the awning area provides adequate space for shade for about 2 lawn chairs. I actually loved the idea that the kids could be in the "inside corner" room so that they would be safer and wouldn't be able to sneak or sleep-walk out without going through an adult-occupied room first. All-in-all a, we had a pretty easy time setting it up. Took about 30-45 minutes-ish (wasn't timing it) for my husband and I to set it up start to finish (having to adjust a couple poles and lines as well), and only about 15 minutes to take it down and completely pack up (all with 3 small kids running around "helping" too).It DID have a small rip in one of the outside walls when we got it, so that was disappointing, but I placed a piece of clear Gorilla Tape on either side of it to patch it. I also didn't think about it before purchasing, but wish it had a type of moon-roof opening to see the sky at night from inside. The canopy techically could be left off, but the sturdiness would be severely compromised, and also, with it then just being open mesh, you'd be inviting the birds to "drop" in some unwanted company. Bugs and tree frogs also do make it under the top canopy, so you can still enjoy seeing them without them actually getting in (we had no other issues with bugs getting in as long as we kept the openings zipped closed). It does seem to invite neighboring dogs to mark the tent as their territory as well, after barking at it didn't work to scare away the "intruder".It was pretty windy the day we set it up, which made putting the canopy on challenging, but after it was all on, the tent as a whole was very sturdy, even as 3 small children ran through it like it was a funhouse, tripping over the room dividers constantly. We did not have rain, but the dog pee did not seep through from the outside (nor did the cleaner or water we washed the spot with).I am curious if this would fit in a standard camping lot, however. There also isn't a lot of built-in storage space at all, but it was good enough for our water bottles and bug spray.
