Unsafe unpacking.
The glass container fell and broke. The unpacking is quite unsafe. Can you please provide me this container to buy? Thank you.

Loved this coffee machine. Excellent build. Looks good on your kitchen or pantry. And the Brew options is really true. There is a Regular brew, 1-4 cups Brew and Bold brew. I've tried the Bold brew and the coffee really has a strong taste and compared with the other brews. It might been the way how the water is dripped on the coffees, also with the bold brew, the brewed coffee has less water in it. Anyways, If you are a coffee lover, this is must have.

it has everything I need, great coffee with different settings and a timer for my morning coffee, and a permanent coffee filter as well!!

Carafe glass is VERY fragile, broke in less than a month of use, new one is the same price as the machine it self, I wouldn't recommend it
