I've been using sinus rinses for years to ease congestion. So simple to use and nice that you can replace the bottle as needed without buying the whole kit. Great product.

Much easier to use than a neti pot but does the same thing.The sachets have the perfect mix of ingredients but they do have an expiry date so if you are going to have a box in the cupboard ready for when you get a cold, make sure you are within the date because I do think they lose efficacy when the date is passed.It is recommended to get a new bottle every so often as well, so I just buy the small packs to save having to throw away lots of unused packs.The dates are quite far ahead, though.I find this to be effective in clearing bunged up sinuses when I have a cold.Can recommend.

Overpriced for what they are, but I use these every day. Replacing every three months is essential as they lose elasticity. Few options available if you want a nasal rinse.
