This stuff, when taken daily with Laxido, really keeps me out of severe difficulties.As a consequence of long term constipation, I got an inguinal hernia (straining too hard & too long). Great product, I suffer from IBS and one of these a day makes the worst of my symptoms entirely disappear. The only drawback for me is that it contains artificial sweeteners, but thats just my personal preference as I dislike those.
