No problems during my latest trip to Europe.

Worked out well for me and I used it with my mini dual voltage hair dryer and mini flat iron with no issues.

The only inconvenience is that the type C USB port is located underneath and that makes the cable bend while plugged in.

Bought to replace an old converter that was bulky (had separate country converters that had to be plugged into the back of a large base) and old. This is much smaller and “with current technology” (my old one only had two USB slots and two grounded slots - everything I own is USB or USB-C rechargeable other than my laptop) so this one makes much more sense.

Only used it for one trip so far, but bought one for everyone in the family and none of them broke so there's that. Just be careful about not thinking this is a power converter. It's just a plug adapter. You can definitely still burn out products that cannot handle the higher voltage in countries like Europe.

When in EU, I found the prongs would not fully extend and therefore the unit would not fully insert into the outlet. When in UK, I found the top prong would not fit into the outlet. Off to the landfill, I guess.

My Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra did not like the USB-C charging port. Once the phone reached about 90% while on European voltage, my phone displayed an error message that water is in the ports and to disconnect the charger. There was no water/moisture.. It did not do this on the first few days. I tried a second cable, same issue. It could be a Samsung/TESSAN compatibility issue. I did not try the regular USB ports.
