Since childhood my circadian rhyme has never kicked in until the wee hours of the night. After years of working with various specialists, the conclusion was get a night job or move to a different time zone. As an elementary educator being a night owl was not an option, so I had to use prescription sleeping pills (not ambian) which made everything taste funny all day, but they worked. Once I cut back my hours & went in later, I started looking for natural options for the days I did work. These were the final piece that helped me get to sleep at a decent hour. I tried several brands, but these by far worked the best & stayed on while I slept. You want to place them where the skin is thinnest & closest to the blood stream. I especially like the fact that I can use more than one depending on how tired or not tired I am each evening.

My struggles with falling asleep and staying asleep remained unchanged, leaving me to question the efficacy of the patches.- **Stickiness:** While easy to apply, I found the patches could be uncomfortably sticky and sometimes difficult to remove in the morning, leaving a residue on my skin.- **Cost vs. Benefit:** Given the lack of noticeable benefits, the cost of the sleep patches felt unjustifiable. It's hard to invest in a product that doesn't deliver the promised results.**Conclusion:**While the concept of sleep patches is innovative and the use of natural ingredients commendable, my personal experience was underwhelming. The lack of tangible improvements to my sleep patterns was disappointing, and the minor inconveniences of use did not help their case. However, based on my experience, I'm left skeptical of their effectiveness and will likely explore other avenues for improving sleep quality.

As an RN who has suffered from insomnia for years, I know a thing or two about sleep aid dependence, tolerance and side effects. The only medication that has been effective for me is Ambien, however as with any other sedative, it is not designed for long term use, not to mention it creates dependence and is even associated with development of Alzheimer's. So I'm constantly searching for alternative sleep aid methods. I have tried just about every natural supplement and techniques to help me fall and stay asleep, and have found nothing that really works. So needless to say, I was skeptical about trying this product, because I've also tried other patches in the past, and they were not effective at all. And to my surprise, these patches actually worked really well for me!!! About 1h after applying them, I start feeling drowsy and fall asleep with no problem!! I do still wake up at night, but I'm able to fall asleep again. And the best part: I don't wake up with the groggy feelings others meds cause. This is a great combination of natural supplements and I highly recommend them!!!!!!!

I tried them for a couple of weeks, and I didn't notice a change in sleep. I even tried as the box suggested and put on multiple patches in different places. When I woke up in the morning, only one was still in place. They came off in my sleep. The adhesive was weak and I had to use medical tape to keep them on. When I taped them down, I saw a marginal increase in drowsiness but didn't help to keep me asleep and that was only when I was using three patches a night. I won't buy them again.

I have really enjoyed using these sleep patches!! I don't use them all of the time but they definitely help me to relax. I have noticed, though, that in order for me to fell the effects that I have to put them on hours before I intend to fall asleep. I have been putting them on my wrist and they don't always stay very well. Sometimes the corners of the patches peel off slightly. Also, one morning I woke up with a sleep patch in my hair. I still like using them and am also sharing them with family and friends to try. They are good quality, a little expensive but also not as bad as other brands.

I need to do an update on this product! It’s ok, but I noticed the price has doubled since the last time I bought this. While it was worth the price when it was around 20.00, I just looked it up and it has almost doubled in price! Definitely not worth that cost!!!I have used Sleep Patches for almost 14 days now, and I can say it has made a difference. Before the patches, I woke up almost every hour and struggled to fall back to sleep. Now I still wake up but only one time and I fall back to sleep quickly.
