Headline says it all.

Using metal and plastic capsules had been causing me to feel conflicted due to the wastage and difficulty with recycling. These pods are perfect, been using for a few years, all pods go in our compost heap. The bonus of course is the coffee is delicious. We have settled on the green one as our favourite and the decaf is very good too.

I stopped using Nespresso since I heard how many of their aluminium pods ended up in landfill, it seemed so wasteful and plastic ones are even more ridiculous. I thought I would try these and I am happy with them, the pods go in the compost bin along with the coffee grinds so it’s easy to get rid of and the coffee is nice. I would prefer a more intense or rich flavour, I find this is quite mellow but I will take a compromise on that for the sake of the environmental impact for sure. I will be buying these again

I've been buying these pods a long time because the coffee is great and the sustainable angle appeals to us. The new design however fails to seat properly so we need to fiddle to get it in, then when you close the lid the perforations aren't piercing properly so the flow won't come through. We've tried in two machines and have the same issue. Hope this gets fixed as this batch isn't useable.

My favourite coffee at the moment. I'm really enjoying it. I visited the Eden project when it first started and was delighted to find out they produce coffee and the pods with such a high level of thought..

Completely replaced the own brand pods for these now. Similar price but 100% better for the environment. Taste just as good and have a good range of options including decaf.

Really like the Guatemalan ones

I wanted some compostable capsules to try in our new compost bin.Not sure if these are the correct capsules in the box. I ordered Decaf Lungo which are white capsules in the pictures, but the ones in the box that I have are blue, which are the espresso ones in the pictures. The label on the box does say Lungo.The capsules work okay in our L'or machine. The problem is that the water goes clear after only a few seconds. So a mug full is mostly just water with a bit of flavour added. It does produce a decent crème, but even with two capsules per drink, it is still very weak. I won't be purchasing them again.
