Love the fact that I can take 1 tablet and get 300mg of CQ10. Very good value for money and I notice the difference in energy when I don't take it.

Delivery of ny order was prompt and very good condition. I am taking Co-enzyme Q10 300ng with vitamin B2 400 mg and magnesium oxide 500mg for migraine as recommended by the neurologist. It is too early to say if they work or not but I noticed an improvement in the frequency of migraine attack and severity. However, Since I started taking them I have a bad rash, chest problems and dizziness spells. I suffer from frequent bad migraines and moderate asthma, I don't know which one of those tablets caused the rash and triggered the flair up of Asthma. My doctor has prescribed antihistamines to control the rash and I am taking inhaler that seem to help.

I take these daily as I'm on Statins and suffered aches etc. These seem, for the most part, to have much lessened. Not really convinced or sure that they are as effective for easing statin side-effects. So can't say one way or the other. But I will continue with them, just in case!
