It does help.
I use it in-between shampoos with Nizoral and it DOES help subdue spot flare-ups. It seemed to distribute more easily over my scalp when skin was wet (just after a shampoo). On a dry scalp, it tends to stay in one spot and can make hair in that area feel like it has a bit of build-up. I think it will be a useful product for me to keep using in my on-going battle with sebhorreic dermatitis.
