Perfect Beverage and wine cooler for under counter space.
Has worked perfectly since Day 1. We have owned the 33" unit for about a year now. It was an easy installation and fit perfectly under our counter. Love the two sides . Having beverages on one side and wine on the other is awesome. Ours is vry quiet and keeps both wine and beverages at set temperatures. Nice looking ans so far has run perfectly.

Best I've Ever Owned
I've owned a number of these under the counter wine/beverage fridges over the years in different homes. This is by far the best unit we've ever had. It keeps all beverages/wine at just the right temperature, especially beer - gets it really cold! Very pleased with this. It was fairly easy to install, but had a "gulp" moment when I came home and found it on the driveway. OMG, how were we going to get it in the house???? Turned out, it's not too heavy, so we were able to get it through the double wide front doors and into our bar area. Unfortunately, the unit was too wide for the bar entrance = but, I took the doors off and that solved the problem, and it slid under the counter no problem. Easy to put the doors back on - I am a 62 year old woman with a husband who is good at many things but not using tools/taking things apart/putting back together. We really love this, and the light looks nice, too.

Disappointing product, condensation issues
We purchased this end of July and installed first part of August, so this review comes with about 1.5 months of use. This beverage/wine cooler looks great and does a good job keeping the drinks cold and wine chilled, but otherwise it has been disappointing. The left (beverage) side's door constantly has condensation on the outside glass. I thought this was maybe due to the late summer conditions where we weren't always running the AC in the house so there was humidity, but now that fall is here and little to no humidity, it is still there. Regardless of the humidity, I would think this should not be an issue. I'm guessing the door's double paned glass is not sealed properly which is causing the problem and not sure if there is a fix for it? But the constant water puddle in front of the cooler is a big disappointment. The other issue that was just noticed a few weeks ago was on the wine cooler side. We went to get a bottle out and discovered mold on the bottle. After pulling all of the bottles out, about 10/18 had mold on them. I didn't realize this was a possibility with wine coolers but a quick Google search confirmed it is, and the problem is humidity within the cooler. I thought at first I would just put baking soda in there as one article recommended, but then I pulled all of the shelves out and was looking around and the back of the wine cooler also has a puddle of water present. It's almost as if the condenser is not getting enough airflow and causing the condensation on the inside of the wine cooler. With this being a "built-in" model, this should not be an issue. The cabinets were built around this cooler with the proper spacing suggested in the manual, so it should not be a problem of inadequate airflow to the condenser. But unfortunately with the amount of water in the bottom of the cooler, there will always be humidity and mold will keep coming back, so we've not put wine back into that side of the cooler. The mold does not hurt the wine, but it is still not preferable to have to deal with it.So basically, we have a beverage cooler that keeps cans cold but leaks condensation off the front glass (left side), and we can't store wine in it without the bottles getting moldy (right side)...I saw good reviews for the Whytner brand of coolers so I took the chance buying it online and having it shipped, but now I regret not purchasing one locally where it can easily be returned, because this one would have been returned by now. I do not want to pay shipping to return this so I guess we may be stuck with it.I will admit, I've not reached out to the company to see what solutions there might be to fix the problems or exchange the unit, but I will try doing so soon. Hopefully the customer service is good and I can update with a more positive review. But as it stands, I would not purchase this beverage cooler again or recommend it given the issues we have with ours.

Contemporary look
Contemporary look fit in with our decor and our home. It cools quickly and maintains temperatures without a lot of noise. The wine shelves are a little too close together not allowing fatter wine bottles to fit. Had to use larger bottom shelf for larger bottles. Beverage section is great - shelves slide out easily to get to canned drinks.

Great customer service
I purchased the unit 4 years ago. It worked flawlessly until very recently. The unit suddenly stopped cooling. After consulting with Whynter support (JOSE with Whynter), Jose recommended a replacement unit even the warrantee had expired. I only had to pay for the shipping fees. I appreciate Jose's supports the Whynter's customer focused care!

Great Customer Service
Our 30” under counter beverage cooler looks great and works well. When we ran into an issue with cooling I contacted customer service and Jose was assigned to our case. Even though we were a year out of warranty they decided to do an exception and replace the unit. The new one is in place and working perfectly! Great customer service!

Surprisingly good value!
It is with startled reservation that I find myself giving a glowing review. Despite the many bad reports for all brands of this particular type of appliance, this product was cheaper, even with the added 5-yr warranty coverage, assembles easily, is absolutely silent, and cools to exactly the selected temp in both zones, including to the critical 36 degrees for beverages(as verified by separate thermometer). Ordered on Amazon Prime; delivered inside door, undamaged, as scheduled. I couldn't be more pleased.I will be unhappier if it fails in the first year, as this seller(and most) requires shipping it back to the west coast for service, AT MY EXPENSE after the first couple of months. After that, the third-party warranty policy provides in-home repair.Capacity is ample. An assortment of cans, water bottles, and beer/cider bottles can go on the left and a mix of red and white on the right at a good compromise temp. Champagne bottles can lay in bottom of cold beverage side and oversize wine bottles in bottom of wine side. Drawers that only pull halfway out do not provide the best access but that is the standard at this price point. After a few days it started to emit a cooling cycle gurgle audible in a quiet room but noticeable otherwise. Cooling is outstanding, with beverage temp at a verified 36 degrees!
