I go to a homeopath and chiropractor/clinical nutritionist (uses applied kinesiology). I have had perennial problems with my kidneys, liver, gall bladder and intestines, none of which appears on standard tests. My homeopath recommended "doing a cleanse." I was looking at several. I also have tried several in the past, which produced very favorable bowel health. I mention the 21-day Standard Process Purification Product Kit . Both homeopath and clinical nutritionist are big on Standard Process products and recommended it to me as a personal health project. I bought the ingredients online and did the program. SP Green Food, along with SP Cleanse 150 C , Gastro-Fiber or Standard Process Whole Food Fiber 7 oz , and SP Complete , is part of the program ("Kit" mentioned above). Both my homeopath and nutritionist were very much impressed with the results. Last week my homeopath said if nothing else, it is very visible in my face (toxins were obviously removed) and I appeared to be very much "filled with life!" Since the program is also a very nutritious one, she suggested that I plan to do it once more in the near future. So, I am buying the components I need. This is one of them. It was also recommended to me and rated as a very nutritious product by a former nutritionist, years ago. FYI: I did not lose as much weight as others claim to have lost. I lost about 11 lbs. I had started an exercise program in a local gym at the same time. This possibly had something to do with the results. I was not disappointed with this since the exercise has done me a world of good.

Very pleased with this product. First, there's no after-taste, and sometimes with supplements there can be; nor is there a foul smell of any kind. I take 2 capsules myself and then take 2 more and open the capsules up and put them into my dog's food so both of us gain the benefits. The capsules contain Buckwheat and Barley powder and dried juices; and Brussels Sprouts, kale, and alfalfa powders. The recommendation is to take 2 capsules three times a day. I'm taking 2 capsules once a day and as a second "serving" of green food I take Young Living's Multi-Greens. For me this combination works very well.

This supplement is a great aspect of the SP Purification program but also is a great daily supplement. I take two a day to make sure I get my vital greens, regardless of how well I ate that day. Really clean product with only benefits.

Amazing Supplements

This is part of the Standard Process 21 day cleanse. I find these pills very useful and essential to the success of the cleanse. I do it once, sometimes twice a year as a way to cleans the liver and just get back on a track of eating well, eating more fruits and vegetables.
