Decided on this machine. Had a dulce gusto so glad I changed the espresso is awesome. The machine is compact and very easy to use

Neat machine. simple to use, quick to warm up , not too noisy, and does not take up too much space on worktop. One of the original Nespresso machines tried and tested, and unlike the new Vertue machines can buy compatible capsules from a variety of suppliers.Works fine , time will tell how long it lasts.Supplier excellent parcel fully tracked at each stage, signed for and delivered on time .

All is like it should be on a Nespresso machine, no fuss, all works, quality. But because the machine does not have a standard UK 3pin plug, as soon as you try to register the machine with Nespresso UK, once they see that the machine is for the EU market, they'll not allow you to register the machine, and they will not give you any warranty. Returned and bought another, that came with a UK standard plug.

Good machine but this product comes supplied with European 2 pin plug - so is not suitable for use in the UK.Either Amazon or the Supplier should clearly state this in the description.

Straightforward once you have it set up. A wide range of pods available that fit this machine. Works quickly and it's small compact shape makes it easy to fit on the worktop. Quite loud when operating but I think that comes with the territory.Pleased

Ideally, it would be made clear in the blurb about the product that the machine comes with an EU plug. As the item is being sold in the UK it would be decent to provide an adaptor at the very least. Sadly I was so excited to buy this that I didn’t read the reviews first or I would have been prepared for all eventualities.Thankfully, we had two EU to UK adaptors at home. The fuse had blown in one and I had a bit of a panic attack thinking the machine was faulty but the second adaptor brought the machine to life.7 Nespresso pods are included to get you started but you can buy compatible pods easily in most supermarkets. Instructions are simple and with good illustrations.Water leaked out the back the first time I used it, which I’m not used to experiencing with this model previously. If this continues I would likely return it. For £100 I expect a plug socket that is suitable for the country in which I’m buying the item and a leak free experience! Perhaps I’m asking too much!Disappointed but hopefully it will stand the test of time. Due to plug issue I’ve had to deduct stars.

Great little machine.I had to replace my previous one, but I’ve had it about 8 years and use multiple times every day day.

A basic Nespresso pod machine easy to use. Simple machine which makes good coffee - why bother with more expensive ones when this one makes equally good coffee. Nespresso's aluminium pods are easily recycled. Nespresso compatable Pods widely available.
