The furniture is very good and looks exactly like in the pictures, assembly and fit is perfect.

Product is very nice. Received the same as ordered. Very spacious. Sturdy and god looks. But the carpenter one mr. baby john, whom the furniture company assigned for a free installation, was very tricky. He demanded ₹500 as his service charge for a free installation. When i said i need to call the company, he immediately withdrew his demand.

The team coordination is very good
The product is good. Just there were some issues but the team coordinated really well and got it solved. All points to customer service

Wardrobe
The wardrobe doesn't come with a manual and hence is very hard to install for a carpenter as well. They have a video manual on youtube but it's not as helpful and user friendly for the carpenter. The width is small, hence you have to buy smaller hanger sizes. The look is good tho, ideal for single person and small rooms.
