Definitely feels like a typical toaster while looking more elevated. Looks good if left on counter, not needing to be stashed away. Toasts evenly and easily fits my homemade bread. Defrost function works great, too. Recommend!

Our maybe 10 yr old Breville toast broke. Can't beat the price of this one. A little retro and comes in cute colors. Lighter weight than what it replaced. Have had it for a little over a month, no problems with toasting, toasts more evenly than prior toaster, does a great job.

I give this toaster 5-stars for looks but 4-stars for performance. Unfortunately, it does not brown the bread evenly. I have to turn the bread by hand so one side can brown into proper toast. It's also very difficult to see the gauge to set the amount of time for toasting because the numbers are very tiny. Even though it not the best functional toaster, I was tired of all things stainless steel in my kitchen. This creme colored with chrome and the rounded edges make for a beautiful design. But, my less attractive stainless steel Cephalon toaster worked better to brown both sides of the bread in one go, not to mention that it was much less expensive compared to the Haden.Update: I'm downgrading this toaster to 2-stars because it started smoking today and it really is a pain to use. If I want a piece of toast I have to stay watching it to make sure I turn it so the other side gets browned. But now the smoking has me worried that a fire could start. Yes, it's a nice retro look but it's a lot of money for a toaster that doesn't work very well. Since I already threw the box away I guess I'm stuck with it. I do not recommend this Haden toaster.

Looks beautiful in my kitchen and it works perfect

This is a great little toaster. I live in an apartment with limited counter space. This toaster doesn't take up much of the space, is efficient and even has a bagel option as well as cancelation options. Its a neat addition to my kitchen. Thank you!

We have been through a few toasters over the past few years. The most recent attempt was a well known name brand from a warehouse store. It was very disappointing. The temperature control was inconsistent at best, and the spring mechanism would not always work, leaving toast stuck down in the toaster. It went back to the store and the quest for the perfect toaster continued. We looked at numerous higher end toasters, and the vast majority even over the $100 price point are all made in China. We figured we would roll the dice on this one, and it has been great. It looks great, the temperature controls work, and it toasts evenly. Pretty much checks all the boxes for what I want in a toaster. The value is great, especially compared to the other "designer" toasters that are built in China, just like this one.

Very nice aesthetics. My wife hates anything on the counter…until now. Very pleasing to look at as well as use. It’s a toaster, does the job well and doesn’t mess it up. The gold colour is a nice warm gold and not tacky at all.

Such a great addition to the kitchen! Looks beautiful and functions even better. Looks so great and the quality is top notch. I had to order the matching Kettle!

Not only does this toast to work well, it looks very pretty

I bought this toaster to use in my century home. The design goes beautifully with the style of the house and the functions are easy to use. The toast darkness settings are perfect every time unlike some other toasters I have had. The defrost setting is very handy and again, the toast come out perfect as set. At first I thought it was a little expensive, but after using it for a while I think it is well worth the money rather than cursing at other toasters when the toast come out either white or black!

This toaster is sooo cute! It goes amazing with the rest of my kitchen appliances and works perfectly
