La qualité perçue est bonne. Malheureusement il ne dispose pas de fermoir ni de large feuillet intérieur. Le feuillet plastifié transparent est lui aussi un peu trop petit pour accueillir notre ancien permis de conduire. On l'adopte malgré tout car les inconvénients sont relativement mineurs.
