On the bottle it tells you what the composition of it is, but not what it is tinctured in. I can vouch for it though. It works amazingingly well. Have you emailed the supplier? he may be able to find out for you?

So my dog is 30 kg so 30ml per day, how many ML in this bottle ?

The label says the contents are 250ml. The dosage is 1 ml per 10kg body weight. If your dog is 30kg then the dose is 3ml per day. Hope this helps.

can you give with a syringe as my poodles very fussy and wont eat in food/water

Yes that would be ok, a syringe is the easiest way to measure out the dose even if adding to food. Our 3 happily take it in their food, try starting with mixing with something really tasty in the food such as cheese or sardines.

Does this come with a dropper? If not I assume 10 drops for a 5kg dog is half a ml

No it does not but I only use half a teaspoon as I have Chihuahuas and their weight varies from 2.8 kg to 5 kg
