It has been just over a month I have been using this chair. I must say, the quality is really good.The service of the company is really commendable. There was a prompt installation. The warranty certificate was promptly provided and they made sure everything was okay and I was satisfied. Which I really was...!!!So definitely a 5 star from my side.

The chair is decent but the back support is poorly designed, it’s too close to the seat which makes it uncomfortable. Maybe it is designed for someone with small frame. I’m buying another chair of 5k and keeping this as an extra chair since there is no return option

Using this Chari for more than a month, it's super comfortable no issue at all and also easy to assemble.

Good and comfortable. Leaning function is not that much. Other than that the product is good at the price it’s sold.
