I am a chronic back pain sufferer. I need these hot cold pads so I can feel relief. I was all set to order the hot and cold pad offered by another company that was listed as best-seller, then noticed some of the new reviews saying poor quality and they had it a month and already the cover is cracking and starting to leak gel. Then, I saw the Reusable Gel Ice Pack & Heating Pad by Sunny Bay. I decided to give it a shot and am I glad I did! Love, Love, Love it! The way the pad is made makes the product very efficient. They even sewed Velcros inside the cover and on the heating pad to hold the pad in place. I read other reviews about the high quality and useful designs from this company. Now I am convinced the attention to detail they put into this product. The gel is evenly distributed when cold. It is soft also. The best thing I like is that it is so big. It covers my back from one side to the other and up and down. And I can still walk around with it on me. No horrible smell from the pad. And snugs up so nicely on your back and stays put. I highly recommend this product and wanting to try other styles.

This hot and cold wrap comes with a cover and long strap. I can microwave it and wrap it around my arm. The strap is so long I can make a few loops and still make a tie with my hands without asking for help. It helps to warm up my hands. It is light weight so it doesn’t bother my shoulder when I wear it all day long. I can also wrap it on my legs to help warm up my feet. I also use it to relieve shoulder and lower back pain. I have also been using the microwavable hand warmers custom made for me by this company for about 10 years (it lasts a long time). I use them all day when it is cold outside. Before I drive my kids to school, I would microwave the hand warm for 1minute on each side, then take with me when I drive. They are very convenient and helpful to keep my hands warm in winter. I would highly recommend this company’s products. They are well designed, tested, and well made.

Unlike the refreezable kind, this one lets you use real ice. For post op swelling, this ice pack does a much better job. Also, if you fill it, it has enough insulation in the fabric alone to keep cold all night long. Also, it comes with a handy velcro sleeve that will keep it stable on your knee (or any other effected joint). The cap is so secure, I have not had one drop of leaking. The fabric is so strong where other ice packs would have torn, this is still intact and sturdy.

My husband had double knee replacement. We tried the gel pack type which don't stay cold long. The ice packs the hospital give you wear out. I finally bought these and they have done the trick. They stay cold longer than the gels and fit nicely around his swollen knees.

I love this ice pack! It is kind of an old school design like my grandmother used to have, but even better. The removable velcro strap holds it in place so it doesn’t constantly slide off like so many other ice packs. It really helps with my knee pain. I’ve tried gel ones that you put in your freezer which work pretty well, but I like this ice pack much better because it stays cool longer and I can fill it right away if I need to rather than having to put it in the freeze to chill. Since it is so easy to use, I take it with me whenever I travel now. I can get a cup of ice & fill it up just about anywhere (gas stations, fast food, restaurants, hotels etc. It is so much better than using a plastic bag that leaks everywhere. I used this ice pack quite a bit on a recent trip to Asia and it felt wonderful on my knee after long days of walking! I really like the removable strap because it is nice & wide. It feels very sturdy and is adjustable. It actually reminds me of a neoprene knee brace. The bag is a good size for my knee because with the strap holding it in place, it covers my the top and sides of my knee very well. The bag and cap feel durable. The cap screws on easily and seals well. I use it pretty frequently and it hasn’t at leaked at all!

I love that I can tie it around me. It stays in place but it doesn’t stay hot and it takes a long time to heat. You’re not supposed to heat it long but I have to because it takes a while to get hot.

This is the best ice pack! I filled it with ice cubes and water and it was still very cold the next morning. The wrapper is great for holding it on a knee or ankle.

I bought several heating pads from this company. I use them often for heat therapy to ease my pain. This new ice pad is large and has a washable cotton cover! The cover helped the ice pad stay on my shoulder very well. I use it mainly for cold therapy to ease the pain on my rotating cuff. With other ice pads in the past, I had to hold the ice pad by hand or sit on my couch when I am getting the cold therapy. It is ok when I sit there. But when I stand up, I have to leave it and come back to it. This pad stays with me when I get up. I also don’t need to get a towel to wrap the ice pad. It has helped me easing my pain on my shoulder. Before I placed my order, I called them to ask some questions. They explained things in easy to understand terms and made recommendations based on what I need. I feel they really care about what their customers.
