I love all the Dr. Hows’ products! I bought their mini stove and pot sets before, and the quality hasn’t let me down yet. This stove also is amazingly made! It looks so beautiful and works so well! I love it!

I wanted to love it as it was so easy to use and so easy to clean. However, it broke... I've only had it since February and I use it maybe once a month.... the quality is just not worth the price I paid and I paid $129, very disappointed and the return window as well as product support window closed, be aware if you're purchasing this product. I'm very disappointed.

I have never used Dr HOW'S before but was excited to see this casserole shaped cooker. It is very heavy, cast iron pieces and a tempered glass top with an air vent to release Steam. It comes with a separate insulated bag for ease in travel if you choose to take this to a potluck or shared dinner.When plugged in, I pressed the button to turn it on and, it heated very quickly! It was very hot I might add. Be careful if you touch while it's plugged in.There are four separate pieces not to include the cord and the insulated bag. It did come with instructions as well.There is a heating base with controls and removable plug. There is a casserole dish that nests on top of the base and there is a griddle that will also nest on top of the base, separately. The tempered glass lid will fit on either the casserole dish or the griddle.I am excited to use this. It will make a great addition to my kitchen appliances.Would make a nice gift. It comes in a nice box for presentation.

I'm not sure if I got a bad unit. I was really excited to use it upon receiving. And a few friends came over to try it out together.We noticed that there are uneven paint and weird bump like scratches on both attachments as shown on the picture. And even after washing with soap, the red paint on the hot pot attachment was coming off, it rubbed of on the electric base and on the paper towel we dried it with. It didn't seem food safe. When the bottom of the electric stove turned on, there was a weird plastic smell coming from it. It weirded us out. And though the smell stopped after a while, it felt unsettling.Over all the handles on the attachments also didn't look very well put together. I was expecting better quality for this price range, not to mention we shouldn't have to worry about food safety and paint coming off with a brand new product.I'll probably be returning this and try a different brand.

It is pretty but the quality doesn't come up to my expectations.

As soon as I opened the package I washed every piece off so I that I could try it out with different items. The deep pan is great for just about everything you can think of. Whether you are cooking noodles or making a casserole, this is sure to please a crowd!The first thing i cooked in here was a few fried eggs at the same time. One thing I noticed in cooking eggs is that the sides of the pan do not get as hot as the center of that pan does. It will do an excellent job of making bacon though, and I cannot wait to try it out for that!The next thing I cooked was a burger on the grill plate. On level 5 it took 10 minutes on the grill to be cooked to perfection while still nice and juicy!The handles do and excellent job of keeping your hands safe from burns and the lid that fits both pans also has a heat resistant handle and I never had to use an oven mitt to handle these items while cooking. Both pieces are extremely slick and food slides all about on the surface of the pan. When making the eggs, I still used a vegetable spray because I have found that it helps to keep my non-stick surfaces longer. YOu will want to use vinyl or plastic tools when working with this multi-cooker to protect your non stick surface and keep it working as intended for many years to come.The entire cooker comes with a thermal bag to carry everything in and a Velcro strap to keep you lid from sliding around in transit. Please do not put your cooker in the bag until the heat plate has cooled off.Even though the outer sides of the pan don’t get as hot as the inner parts, I think it is still a great addition to any kitchen or a great purchase for people in a kitchenette or studio apartment type setting so you still can eat healthier choices and not just carry out all the time.

We are in love with this little tabletop skillet!We've been trying to find ways to make cooking for a crowd and making meals more interesting and interactive, and this totally fit the bill. It's a nice, compact unit and you can totally remove the power cord when not in use, making it easier to store. In order to use this at a table, you'll probably need to get some kind of power extension cord to set up - the cord isn't long enough to reach from the table to our outlet so we had to use this in the kitchen when we tested it out.It comes in just a few parts - you can see the slim design from the pictures. The controls are simple - just a knob and a degree of heat.We did meats and veggies on the skillet and everything came out perfectly. The great thing is that it's basically no effort to clean - we just took the bottom piece off the base and wiped it down. No elbow grease was really required, and then drying/storing was a breeze.
