Price to volume ratio, this works out much cheaper than buying the small bottles. It’s quite tasty, but very strong. I used too much at first and ruined a dish making it far too salty, so beware

If you like proper, brewed, soy sauce then this is a great choice. It's also a fraction of the cost of the small bottles sold in super markets of the same product. I simply re-fill my smaller bottle as needed - job done!

This is just about the only brand that is made the real way, fermented. Cheaper brands usually are not fermented. I don't do well with unfermented soy sauce. And this brand tastes so good, you only need to use a little, so it goes a long way.
