It is an adorable cake decoration.I wish it was also available in primary colors so the impression was not so distinctly feminine. This is for my grandson's 5th birthday. He's a boy who happens to like unicorns and rainbows. Who doesn't?The pieces are not extremely sturdy but the degree of sturdiness is appropriate given the cost. Since this is unlikely to be used more than once, it will be just fine.See photo below. While I have no problem with pastels for 5-year old boys, I wasn't so sure about other 5-year olds or old-fashioned grown-ups, who expect primary colors for males. I tried to insert a bit more primary "male-ness". I think I'll worry less about other people's stupid comments now. Manufacturer: a primary-colored version?

This looked great on my daughters birthday cake. I had one daughter who wanted a unicorn cake and one daughter wanted trolls. I bought a store cake and these looked great on top. The decals come with adhesives to attach the sticks and it was easy to do and sturdy. They are a bit tall but it definitely made a statement.

Worked well, but ripped when taking out of package (that is my own fault). Looks great , not just like cheap paper!

Cute and easy to put together. Luckily we ordered this because there was a refrigerator accident where we ordered our cake. This decoration kit saved our princesses birthday celebration!
